OMS Backplates
OMS's® superior deburring process eliminates back plate sharp edges and prevents abrasion to webbing and BC’s.
The Aluminum Back plate weighs 1.75 lbs., the Stainless 5.75 lbs and both include the following slots: 1" and 2" width Crotch Strap, (2) Cam band, and a bottom slot to accommodate band bolts that are slightly off 11" On Center (Fig. 1).
Stainless Steel plate is passivated to prevent oxidation and the Aluminum plate is Hard Coat Anodized.

IQ Pack™ with special chemical resistant material IQ™ has new materials added to prevent absorption of toxic liquids and other undesirable substances. This makes the harness easy to decontaminate. Harness uses a 5.9 oz. Urethane coated Nylon (coated on both sides) giving outstanding chemical and abrasion resistance. The harness now incorporates a heavy duty 8mm D-Ring so that the diver can be tethered and lifted out of the water.
