What is offered on OMSCloseout site and why the items sold at a discount:

I.     Why are the items discounted? Goods are trade show items, discontinued items, items used in photo shoots, dealer returns of first quality merchandise, competitors items etc. These items are not offered to our dealers as they sell only new first quality merchandise.

    II. All items carry the standard OMS 1 year warranty unless otherwise indicated

III.     Because of the discount all sales are final

IV. ATTIC Sale Items - ATTIC SALE MERCHANDISE is sold in "as is" condition and is non returnable and non refundable. The buyer, acknowledges and understands that there is no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by OMS LLC (OMS) with respect to Attic Sale Merchandise.

V.     Free UPS Ground Shipping in US contiguous 48 States. All other locations and/or upgrade shipping (UPS 3-day, 2-day or Overnite shipping) additional charges will apply… Please request quote.

VI.     All sales for NYS customers will be subject to NYS sales tax (8-1/8%).
